Order Processing

My Regal Hair's business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All online and phone orders received before 4:00 pm will be processed within 24 to 48 hours if the product is in stock. Shipping time is between 7-10 days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Please allow for the shipping time based on your selected shipping method.

 

We do not offer overnight shipping.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards. When you place an order online, your credit card will be charged immediately. We have a strict inventory tracking system, and any credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please note that we cannot process your order if your billing address is different from your shipping address. In some cases, supporting documentation may be accepted.

Is My Product In Stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitution. If you are not satisfied with the substitution, we can cancel the sale and issue a full refund. Please note that prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to inform you of any significant changes.

Can You Replace My Product?

We take great pride in our products and offer a 100% guarantee. Natural virgin hair may react to a simple wash and deep conditioning. If you have any product issues or concerns, please follow the steps on the hair care sheet provided. If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although refunds are not permitted, we will address quality issues promptly. A Customer Service Representative will provide mailing instructions for the return of all the product in question. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we verify that the product is defective, My Regal Hair will exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product of greater value in exchange, they must pay the additional cost. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise, the customer will receive a $15 credit towards another shipping option. If we do not validate the defect, we will return the item to the customer at our expense via ground shipping, without an exchange.

How Do I Make an Exchange?

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be permitted. Any exchange requests made after 30 calendar days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. According to Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to strict policies regarding hair returns due to hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in its original and resalable condition. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, or otherwise processing the hair voids all exchange and replacement guarantees.

To process an exchange, you must send the product back at your expense. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once received, the product will be thoroughly examined. If it is unused and in its original condition, we will exchange it for something of equal or greater value.

Shipping Delays

We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order. Please plan for unanticipated delays. We will provide a delivery confirmation and tracking number based on the information from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please note that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed, we will not reimburse shipping charges.
