Attention Cupcakes, My Regal Hair will not ship to PO Boxes. All orders will have a signature confirmation. All orders will come with a tracking number. We will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment. 

 

 

**Order Processing**

My Regal Hair  business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All online orders or phone orders received before 4:00 pm are processed 24 to 48 hours if the product is in stock. Please note the orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Please allow  the shipping time for your desired shipping method.

**Overnight Shipping**

Please note that the processing time is the same. The shipping method is overnight. If you place an order and select overnight shipping, you will not receive it the next day. The shipping method is overnight once the order has been processed vs the standard shipping time which is 7-10 business days.

 

**Authorization Form**

(New Policy)

Every Customer with an order over $500.00 must complete an authorization form before their order ships. It is not required to complete the order, but it must be signed in order for the order to be shipped out.

Go the the Credit Card Authorization tab, and click the link. You can sign the form online. This is to help reduce fraudulent activities.

**Payment Terms**

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept layaway. When you place an order online your credit card will be charge immediately! Please note that we have a strict inventory tracking. Any credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  It is important to know that we can not process your order if your billing address is different than your shipping address. In some case  supporting documentation  is accepted.

** Is My Product In Stock**


In the case that any product is out of stock, we will reach out to you and offer you a substitution.  If you are not satisfied with the substitution, we can terminate the sale and issue you a full refund. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep you abreast when a significant change occur.

*Can You Replace My Product?**

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Natural virgin hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning. If there are any product issues or concerns we would suggest that you follow steps on the hair care sheet provided.. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. You must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted
we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the My Regal Hair Distribution Center. If  we verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, My Regal Hair will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. We  will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $15 credit towards another shipping option.  If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.

*How Do I Make an Exchange ?**

  • Requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • No refund will be permitted
  • Any exchange request after 30 calendar days will not be honored.
  • We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.
  • Product must be exchange for something of equal to greater value.
  • According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
  • You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange.
  • In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

*Shipping Delays**

We strongly advise not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.. We will provide  you a delivery confirmation and tracking number  when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping carrier. We are  not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please  make a note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
